(First published in TELLOS #9)

In January of 2000, Thor was involved in an automobile accident and suffered a cervical spinal cord injury, which left him paralyzed from the shoulders down. After months of rehab and physical therapy, he began acrylic painting and drawing by holding the brushes and pens in his jaws. Thor completed his first ten-page short story for Tellos: Maiden Voyage within a week of the one-year anniversary of his accident.

He has continued to work personally and professionaly since.
Recent clients include Blizard Entertainment, Upper Deck Entertainment, Marvel Comics, and DC Comics.

There are roughly a quarter of a million Americans with spinal cord injuries
and ten thousand more are added to this number each year. It was assumed until only recently that this kind of injury could not be repaired. Current research is proving that is not the case.
